Corbans Art Centre in Henderson, Auckland is an arts venue where, apart from exhibitions and arts tutoring, a number of artists have the opportunity to work in a collaborative fashion sometimes sharing a studio. Spending three years at Corbans and interacting with other artists from a variety of backgrounds in their chosen discipline was a worthwhile undertaking. A number of group exhibitions were organised during this time period.
Rene has many pieces in his catalog, some of which are available to view at his studio. The studio is open on Saturdays between 10am & 3pm, or you can visit on appointment.
