Refund policy
Studio Rene Jansen creates handmade and custom artworks and furniture and honours the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you have any concerns, you can contact us at studiorenejansen@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent by you to the studio.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do no send purchased items back to us without first contacting us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that all products we sell are made individually by hand and will carry certain minimal variations in compared to the picture you see on your screen. Please take this into consideration before you purchase, and note that we do not consider these to be defects or damages.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
We urge you to double check product dimensions, colours and other specification before you place your order. Many products are custom made or made to order. Unless faulty or damaged, it is difficult for us to accept requests for change-of-mind returns. If a product is received faulty, the studio will repair, replace or refund.
